Our Process
Consultation
Initial meetings can take place in your home or at our workshop where we will discuss your requirements in detail. From the outset our dedicated and experienced team will work with you to design your kitchen based on your own unique lifestyle requirements.
Design
Once we’ve gathered all the information we require, our designers will get to work producing concepts for your approval. Our 3D illustrations will enable you to visualise the layout, materials and finishes to ensure that your requirements and tastes are catered for.
Material selection
Selecting timber for your project is one of our greatest passions. Hand picking locally sourced timber is both exciting and a beautiful process in which to be involved. Each piece of wood is unique. Grain, texture and colour combine to ensure that your kitchen is like no other.
Manufacture
The entire manufacturing process is undertaken by our experienced team of cabinetmakers in our Oban workshop. We combine traditional hand-crafted finishes with state of the art machinery to ensure that all our kitchens are built to an unrivalled standard.
Timings
Updating your kitchen can be a challenging time. We work to agreed schedules, ensuring that any disruption is kept to a minimum. Our kitchens are completed within 4 to 6 weeks of placing the order. Some larger kitchen projects may require a longer lead time.
Delivery
Your kitchen can be delivered to you or collected from our Oban workshop. Each component will come safely wrapped in reusable packaging. Upon completion we ask that the packaging is returned to us for reuse. This helps to reduce our carbon footprint.
